The main part is 6cm wide, the outside is strong leather, the inside is softly padded and covered with soft leather for comfort. The straps are made of two layers of leather and they are 3 cm wide and hold 4 pieces of welded D-rings. The collar can be locked with a special buckle.
Locks are not included.
