The straps are made of two layers of leather, they are 2 and 3 cm wide. The body that covers the mouth is made of soft leather and it holds a silicon gag ball. You can secure this part to the face and chin with a 2 cm wide strap which can also be wound around the neck twice. The buckles can be locked (the locks are only illustration).
